Provides highly skilled integration consultants who work with you to assess, spec, develop, and install complex interfaces between your other systems and the Backstop to reduce or eliminate duplicate entry of data or to export data specific to your requirements. - Report Writing Services
Provides highly skilled technical engineers to modify existing Backstop Solutions reports, develop new reports or statements, or to provide consulting services to mentor customers who wish to develop their own custom reports. - Sponsored Enhancements
Partnership with Backstop Solutions to build significant new features and functionality. Some enhancements become new modules while others build out the existing platform. Customers participating in sponsored enhancements provide funding and participate in design and user interface decisions. Platform enhancements become generally available after completion of acceptance testing.
Accounting Services
Our Accounting Services team works with you during the initial implementation of the Partnership Allocation and General Ledger modules and periodically thereafter as you continue to grow your business. Our team of experts can also work with you to establish a shadow accounting program or perform an independent audit of investor accounting data produced by a fund administrator.

Training Services
The Backstop and InvestorBridge platforms are designed to be intuitive and very easy-to-use. However, we strongly encourage training across the user base to establish best practices and drive adoption.
Our professional services team offers remote and in-person training services. In addition to our customary core training, we offer more specialized training opportunities which dive more deeply into your business workflow and specific needs to help your users optimize their workflow. Optional trainings are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are specifically tailored to particular client requests.
Backstop typically conducts training sessions with client end users. If you prefer to conduct your own internal training, Backstop can provide “Train the Trainer” type training and resources to your appointed staff members. These resources include but are not limited to the following:
