Backstop Solutions Group, LLC (BSG) collects only client information that is needed and tells clients how it is being used. BSG limits the collection of information about clients to what is needed to administer their accounts, to provide customer service, to offer new products and services, and to fulfill any legal and/or regulatory requirements.

Except as explicitly stated, or as provided for in the Backstop Service Agreement, BSG will never disclose client information to any third-party. In the event a court order or subpoena requiring the release information, BSG will notify the client promptly to give the client an opportunity to exercise his or her legal rights. The only exceptions to this policy are when BSG is prohibited by court order or law from notifying the client, or cases in which fraud and/or criminal activity is suspected.

Clients of the service will be using the site to host data and information (“Data”). BSG will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Backstop Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed for administrative reasons, such as resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Backstop Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

Backstop Solutions may also collect certain information from visitors to and clients of the service, such as interned addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and in order to constantly improve the quality of the service.
